Job Description
Description of the Role:
As an Automotive Sales Associate at South Shore Kia you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of new and preowned vehicles. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences provide accurate product information and assist them in finding the right vehicle that fits their budget and lifestyle. Your enthusiasm and knowledge of automotive products will create a positive buying experience for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their automotive needs
- Provide information about various vehicles features and pricing options
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements
- Coordinate with the finance department for financing and leasing options
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for automobiles and staying uptodate with industry trends
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Valid drivers license
