- Taking care of conference room & reception area.
- Handling Incoming and Outgoing Calls.
- Guest Relation.
- To ensure any visitor who are important & taken care off at reception & seated properly in the board room.
- To be groom appropriately for reception.
- To coordinate for one employee engagement activity in HO in a month.
- Responsible for Courier Management.
- Take care of first Aid facilities for employee & keep check on expiry or new medicines details on regular basis.
- Coordinate with HR Department for interviews.
- Coordinate with COO Director and Chairman for certain work.
- Also responsible for other responsibilities which is assigned by Reporting Manager from time to time.
Administratorssupport the smooth running of offices by carrying out clerical tasks and projects. As an administrator in the construction industry you could be organizing project meetings. Youd be typing up documents responding to business enquiries drawing up contracts and providing customer service.
