American International University (AIU) is seeking and individual ready to step into the dynamic leadership role of Dean School of Business. This is a unique opportunity for recent PhD holders to challenge themselves grow both professionally and personally and shape the future of a developing university.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the School of Business including fulltime and adjunct faculty degree programs and curriculum development.
- Develop and assess course offerings and degree programs to ensure academic excellence.
- Manage the schools budget and participate in faculty recruitment and development.
- Promote research and scholarship within the school.
- Maintain the Business Advisory Committee and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Lead the schools efforts in accreditation processes including familiarity with American institutional accreditation and specialized systems such as AACSB.
- Ensure the School of Business website is uptodate and accurately reflects program offerings and achievements.
Masters Business Administration (Recent PhD graduates are encouraged to apply).
