Flexible Hours

All ChickfilA restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
Work Directly With A ChickfilA Operator The Operator is an independent business person responsible for the operation of the restaurant who invests time in his or her employees teaching them important business skills for the future.

Along with a competitive paycheck you will work in a nurturing environment where you will learn valuable business and people skills.
your pay will be based on your experience as a leader your experience in the same field of expertise and Your job references on how you perform as a leader.
We are more than happy to pay up to $20 an hour for this but we do need to make sure you fit the role.
Pay rate will depend on the following:
Can you help during our times of need. (early in the morning or between 35pm)
Are you part time or full time
Are you showing the leadership skills we need
How much you know!
