About the position
As a Shop Foreman you will oversee the getready process from vehicle acquisition to frontline ready. You will be responsible for ordering parts opening and closing repair orders/p.os dispatching work and getting approval from an Inventory Manager to perform the recommended work. Quality vehicles ensure the customer experiencesThe Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car. HoneyCars simple process transparent market pricing desirable inventory and daily onsite training will ensure a successful outcome for the Parts and Reconditioning Manager and the customer!

Qualifications
- Knowledge ofengine repair transmission shocks struts suspension auto body repair alignment brake repair air brakes and tire service
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and technicians
- Ability to accurately diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Proficient in using computer software for creating repair orders and managing customer information
- Have an enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday
- Be a great communicatorwith team members
- Persistent competitive and have a good work ethic
- Entrepreneurial andambitious spirit
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
