This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a talented team in a 44bed facility where your expertise will directly impact patient care and lab operations.

As the Sr. Lab Manager youll take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing daytoday laboratory operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality care and regulatory compliance. What Youll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Direct personnel actions such as recruiting hiring training and performance evaluations to build a strong highperforming lab team.

• Achieve Excellence: Develop goals metrics and strategies to align the labs performance with company objectives. Provide leadership and feedback to ensure staff achievement and department success.

• Drive Innovation and Quality: Direct and implement quality improvement initiatives including Six Sigma Green/Black Belt projects to ensure toptier care and operational efficiency.

• Ensure Compliance: Be accountable for the labs accreditation licensure and regulatory compliance ensuring adherence to all OSHA standards and other regulatory bodies.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage the lab budget focusing on costeffective solutions and communicating any variances to key stakeholders.

• Collaborate and Communicate: Serve as a liaison between the lab and other healthcare professionals including physicians nurses and system staff to foster effective communication and resolve technical or operational issues.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelors degree in business healthcare administration or a related field.

• Certification as a medical technologist under ASCP NCA or equivalent as defined under CLIA 88 regulations.

• 3 years of experience as a department supervisor or manager ideally in a critical access or similar healthcare setting.

• A deep understanding of lab operations management software and the tools required to drive performance excellence.

• Chemistry and Hematology expertise are preferred to effectively manage lab testing and improve outcomes.

• Valid state drivers license and eligibility for coverage under the companys auto insurance policy.
