Job Description

Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Is responsible for clinical and personnel management; providing clinically proficient inpatient care; and efficient costeffective resources allocation.
  • Maintains required statistics.
  • Coordinates colleague scheduling (in conjunction with physicians schedules) and patient flow for efficient productive workdays.
  • Serves as the central point of communication and coordination for workflow.
  • Gains understanding of daily activities through huddles physician communication and vendor coordination for appropriate procedures.

  • Patient Resource Assistant (JC: 071105

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Associate degree in Nursing Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology

Required Experience:

  • Two 2 years of EP experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Three 3 to five 5 years of EP experience

Required Certification/License/Registry:

  • Licensed as an RN in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS) Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations) Chapter 464 (Nursing) Part I (Nursing Practice Act)
    OR
  • Certified as a radiologic technologist in accordance with FS Title XXXII Chapter 468 (Miscellaneous Professions and Occupations) Part IV (Radiological Personnel Certification) including certification/registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART).
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) credential from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) accredited instructor.
