Job Summary
Are you passionate about the automotive industry and have a keen eye for vehicle valuation We are seeking a KBB Instant Cash Offer (ICO) Agent to join our dynamic team! In this role youll be responsible for assessing appraising and making instant cash offers on service department repair order vehicles using the KBB ICO tool. You will also assist in vehicle stocking and appraisal of tradeins ensuring seamless operations and accurate valuations.

Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Appraisal & Valuation:
Assess all service department vehicles with outstanding repair orders (ROs).
Utilize the KBB Instant Cash Offer tool to generate competitive vehicle offers.
Analyze vehicle condition necessary repairs and reconditioning needs to determine value.
Inventory & Stocking:
Process and stock all acquired vehicles according to company stockin policies.
Maintain accurate records of all vehicle transactions and appraisals.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Assist in appraising and purchasing sales department tradeins as needed.
Work closely with the KBB Manager to ensure smooth scheduling and operations.
Support the Director of Used Vehicle Operations and KBB Manager with additional tasks as required.
What Were Looking For:
Strong knowledge of vehicle appraisal condition assessment and market trends.
Familiarity withKBB ICO vehicle valuation tools and dealership operations.
Detailoriented with excellent analytical and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in afastpaced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Previous automotive experience preferred but not required.
