True Ability is a registered NDIS service provider in Victoria dedicated to helping participants achieve their individual NDIS goals. We collaborate closely with case managers allied health teams guardians and carers to deliver personalized services that ensure desired outcomes.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing highquality nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. The Enrolled Nurse will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and will be responsible for assisting with patient care administering medications and monitoring patient progress.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or Registered Nurse
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the Registered Nurse or NDIS Operations Manager
- Administer wound care
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing (Enrolled Nurse)
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Strong background in Wound Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
