Job Description
Overview:
To carry out table service of the Restaurant department maintaining the maximum quality of standards required to ensure optimum guest satisfaction. Working within a excellent team to deliver exception customer service at all times.
Opportunities to grow with further Leadership Development and Apprenticeships available within this position and excellent succession planning in place!
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the Senior Team with the service of food and beverages ensuring the 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standard is maintained
- To be familiar with and understand the days menus.
- Lay up tables as per the correct standards
- To check and prepare misenplace for each meal service.
- Correct handling storage and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans
