We are supporting various customers worldwide in automotive electrical and electronics systems development. We are recruiting for a System Integration Test Lead.

As a System Integration Test Lead you will create vehicle testing plans support test planning review feature list collaborate and create test cases execute testing produce test reports track defects and assist with problem resolution including root cause analysis. Youll be managing the defect lifecycle defect reporting assessing defect management process capability.

Your responsibilities

Interface to customer Project manager ECU owners Integration engineers Design and Release engineers on multiple programmes

Lead Coordination and Test Planning Monitoring and Control

Coordinate Tests and Test Planning based on Software Maturity plan

Provide test estimation

Evaluating Test entries and test Types

Lead Test Automation development and

Evaluating test results

Raise and Reporting issues

Conduct Test Reviews

Manage Test Assets and Inventory management

Lead the commissioning and maintenance of the Test rigs/Electrical Breadboards

Lead the MFC list parts List and BOM List for the Electrical Breadboards

Support programme Meetings

Change Control Board Meeting

Weekly Governance Report

Programme Management Steering Meeting

What you bring along:

3 to 5 years of Test Lead experience in an automotive industry

Electrical Electronics Mechatronics Engineering Degree or equivalent

Experience in electrical testing of more than one of the following areas is preferred: Body Electrical/Electronics Powertrain Components Chassis Networks

Experience using CAN tools for testing and writing test scripts in CAPL C Python

Experience of HiL Electrical Breadboard(labcar) and Electrical rig build

Experience of VTest Studio and DSpace and CAPL programming

Experience of system integration engineering software delivery and release processes

Experience of automotive development build environments

Experience of electrical engineering vehicle fleet support (issue definition containment and resolution)

Knowledge of software/feature fault diagnosis

Experience of working in a cross functional team to resolve complex issues

Experience of creating and adapting Test requirements in a requirements tool.

Proven capability of vehicle analysis using Vector tools (CANalyzer CANoe CANape or equivalent)

Understanding of Functional Safety and Cyber Security

Development of test properties such as rigs and electrical breadboard (labcar) feature requirements

Proven capability to reverse engineer and create system/ customer test cases and test script

Experience of creating resource and test planning in a project

Good communication skills

Skilled and accurate planning capability including identifying risks and devising contingencies

Position is confirmed inside IR35. Successful candidates need to be eligible to work in the UK hold a UK drivers license and be able to travel to Europe and internationally. Position requires 5 days a week on site.
