We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Director to lead our enrollment growth strategy drive lead generation and strengthen community partnerships. This role is responsible for overseeing the sales team optimizing the enrollment process and developing innovative strategies to attract new families to our awardwinning early education and child care in the Northeast US MA NH CT and VT. This role is hybrid requiring up to 3 days a week in person at our Lawrence MA office space.
Responsibilities; Sales & Enrollment Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed enrollment goals across all locations.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns that drive family engagement and increase enrollment.
Responsibilities; Lead Generation & Relationship Management
Build and nurture relationships with prospective families ensuring a seamless customer journey from inquiry to enrollment.
Develop partnerships with community organizations local businesses and parent groups to enhance brand awareness and referral opportunities.
Oversee CRM management ensuring all leads are effectively tracked and converted.
Responsibilities; Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead coach and develop a highperforming sales team providing training motivation and performance feedback.
Set clear KPIs for the sales team and track progress using datadriven insights.
Foster a culture of customercentric selling ensuring a consultative approach to helping families find the right educational fit.
Work closely with center directors and operational teams to align sales efforts with capacity planning and program availability.
Optimize the enrollment process to reduce friction and improve conversion rates.
Monitor and report on key sales metrics providing regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
5 years of sales leadership experience preferably in education childcare retail or multilocation service industries.
Is able to work at least a fulltime 40hour a week schedule sometimes offhours as the business requires (i.e. deadlines networking events conferences business dinners etc..
Is able to sit for long periods of time at a computer in a primarily sedentary position; manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
Travel may be required (less than 40 of time);
Proven track record of driving enrollment growth and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Datadriven mindset with experience using CRM tools and sales analytics.
Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of the needs of families.
