As a member of one of BlackRocks fastest growing areas you will have the technical and clientfacing skillset to work on the complete investment lifecycle leveraging cutting edge technology to help some of the largest institutions and investors in the world.
In this role you will:
o Own the comprehensive oversight and delivery of service for clients of the Aladdin business connecting multiple partner teams to deliver a cohesive client experience
o Own relationships with client SMEs superusers of the platform and senior stakeholders (e.g. Head of Risk Head of Fixed Income desk Head of Compliance Head of Platform management etc.
o Develop a deep understanding of your clients business objectives and leverage Aladdin expertise to achieve their organizational goals
o Build strong relationships within BlackRock Solutions in support of your clients
o Mobilize Aladdins suite of risk modeling trade compliance and posttrade capabilities to deliver bestinclass solutions for our clients.
o Work closely with Aladdin product managers developers and financial modelers to further the value proposition of the Aladdin platform
o Work with support team representatives to analyze service patterns and identify themes
o Implement internal process adjustments to elevate client experience and reduce incident count
o Host service KPI meetings and oversee holistic service metrics proactively monitoring inquiry health.
o Adapt internal best practices to improve aspects of service as identified in KPI metrics
o Identify workflow gaps and areas for synergy across client base and work with partner teams to implement solutions in mass.

You have:
o A working understanding of equity fixed income alternatives and derivative markets and analytics or compliance trading and operations with experience in advising clients and/or adapting technology solutions for portfolio strategies portfolio optimization risk assessments and performance attribution or posttrade workflows
o Familiarity with buyside investment management workflows proficient in market trends
o A consultative approach to understanding client needs and a passion for solving problems
o Well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities with a handson approach
o Strong interest in technology and an aptitude for learning new systems
o Emotional ownership pride in what you do and a strong team ethos
o Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop lasting partnerships with client senior management
o Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients
o Selfstarter who enjoys a fastpaced highintensity environment and works well as part of a multidisciplinary global team
o 4 years of experience in Financial Services Technology Consulting or Buy Side firm.
o Business fluent in English with knowledge of German Spanish Italian French considered as a plus
You may have:
o Direct portfolio / risk management trading compliance or operations analyst experience
o Proficiency in working with large sets of data
o A working knowledge of SQL UNIX VBA R Python or similar tools and/or Aladdin
