Job Description
The Busser is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. They will remove dishes utensils glassware and paper products from tables and dining areas. Delivers dishes and utensils to dishwasher for cleaning. Empties food and paper waste to trash. Arranges table and chairs upon guests departure. Sweeps around and under each table/chair upon guest departure. Cleans highchairs and booster seats. Cleans handrails and steps on a regular basis. Ensures areas are free of hazards.
