What you do at Geisinger shapes the future of health and improves lives for our patients communities and you!We currently have growth opportunities to work as a boardcertified/boardeligible Physiatrist joining a multidisciplinary team including neurologists orthopaedic surgeons neurosurgeons as well as most subspecialties in three of our regions Scranton Danville and State College PA.
Job Duties:
The PM&R Department resides within the nationally recognized Geisinger Musculoskeletal Institute:
- Home to the leading academic Level I tertiary referral center with over 50 fellowshiptrained specialists
- Consists of seven PM&R specialists which has doubled in size since 2017 to match the growing community needs
- Residency awarded 10year accreditation during initial site visit in 2020
- Participate in cutting edge research including exoskeleton and virtual reality in rehabilitation efforts that support the vision of the Musculoskeletal Institute
