Program Manager gBETA Bronze Valley VentureLab
Location: Wilmington Delaware inperson

Description
At gener8tor we drive economic growth and empower communities through accelerator programs venture funds and workforce initiatives. gBETA is a free sevenweek accelerator program that helps startups build and scale. This role is a gener8tor employee that will coordinate closely with our program partner Bronze Valley to deliver topquality programming to founders in the Delaware startup ecosystem.
As the gBETA Bronze Valley VentureLab Delaware Program Manager you will play a critical role in Delawares and the MidAtlantic region entrepreneurial ecosystem. You will take the lead as one of the faces of both gener8tor and Bronze Valley in Delaware and be our local frontline in coaching founders fostering meaningful connections and helping startups succeed. You will engage with startup founders mentors investors and community partners while driving the success of gBETA Bronze Valley VentureLab Delaware. Success looks like becoming the unofficial mayor of startup activity in Delaware. We are looking for an ambitious community advocate who is hungry to support entrepreneurs connect with mentors and investors and strengthen the startup ecosystem.

Bronze Valley employs a threepoint approach consisting of funding programming and resources to carry out its mission to elevate founders while simultaneously catalyzing economic growth within Delaware its targeted region and beyond. Bronze Valley focuses on supporting underresourced founders building highgrowth startup companies. The gALPHA and gBETA Bronze Valley VentureLab Delaware programs serve as an education and advisory resource for students participants and early stage startups assisting founders in catalyzing growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan manage and execute multiple accelerator programs per year ensuring smooth operations by coordinating logistics scheduling programming and delivering gener8tors established curriculum.
- Craft and send personalized outreach emails to potential applicants plan and host both inperson and virtual office hours and add highquality startups to your recruitment pipeline by following gener8tors best practices and recruitment plan.
- Recruit vet and select highpotential startups for gBETA Bronze Valley VentureLab Delaware cohorts proactively sourcing applicants and engaging in targeted outreach to build a strong pipeline.
- Act as the lead coach and advisor for participating startups meeting oneonone with founders twice a week providing mentorship holding them accountable to growth and financing goals and facilitating key connections to mentors customers and investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with founders mentors investors corporations and program partners actively engaging with the entrepreneurial ecosystem and serving as a key connector between local startups and gener8tors broader network.
- Support alumni companies by continuing to assist them with their growth facilitating ongoing introductions tracking their fundraising growth and engagement and ensuring they remain an active part of the gener8tor community.
- Advocate for and champion startup founders actively promoting their success amplifying their visibility and serving as a passionate supporter of the entrepreneurial community.
- Contribute to the gener8tor teams broader initiatives including supporting other accelerator programs engaging in ecosystembuilding efforts and assisting with strategic projects as needed.
Requirements
- Residence in or relocation to Delaware to fully engage in the startup ecosystems network and events.
- Deep commitment to the startup ecosystem in Delaware with a passion for supporting founders and fostering entrepreneurship.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive problemsolving attitude and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
- Highly organized selfstarter capable of managing multiple projects meeting deadlines and working with selfinitiative.
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and adapt quickly balancing cohort management stakeholder engagement and operational responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic handson teamplayer mentality willing to take on any taskbig or smallto ensure program success.
- Curiosity and willingness to rapidly learn new skills and deepen expertise in different industries startups and venture capital.
- Flexibility in schedule including availability for occasional nights and weekends as needed for events and programming.
- Broader gener8tor program support and participation willing to support programs and gener8tor efforts beyond the gBETA Bronze Valley VentureLab Delaware.
- Willingness to travel occasionally around the region for inperson events and meetings.
Preferences
- Previous startup experience (starting working at or coaching startups) is a plus.
- A minimum of one year of program or product management experience.
- Relevant bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
