Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine) No OB

PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Desire someone that loves the smalltown atmosphere and a commitment to work/life balance
- Looking for a strong patientcentered team player with a desire to serve in a learning/teaching environment with a passion for the broadspectrum of patients that comes with rural Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
- If this is you join a team of 5 Physicians 6 APPs and Additional Staff
- Admit to adjacent 25bed critical access hospital
- Outpatient Practice with the option to do Inpatient if that is something you enjoy
- On site lab pharmacy & Xray
- Patient volume: 1421 per day in clinic depending on practice mix
- Current practice of 1 DO and 4 MDs
- Round at the local nursing home
- Call is shared with other clinics in town schedule is approx. 2 weekdays per month and 1 weekend a month (shared with a colleague)
- Hospital has 24hour ER coverage
REQUIREMENTS
- BC/BE Family Practice
LOCATION
- 73 miles from Duluth MN; 140 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul
- Service area: 8000 in the winter months; 24000 in the summer months
- Hayward population: 7000

SALARY AND BENEFIT PACKAGE
