Job Description: Are you passionate about teaching and making a difference in the education system Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher you will have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments supporting students educational needs.
Responsibilities:
A paraprofessional substitute provides small group or oneonone support assists teachers with lessons and performs instructional duties as directed. Responsibilities include facilitating educational tasks and reinforcing learning concepts in a supportive classroom environment.
Please note paraprofessionals are not authorized to handle specific tasks such as toileting feeding leading whole group instruction or managing severe behaviors which are reserved for certified staff.
Qualifications:
- Age: 21
- Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
- Passionate about education and making a positive impact on students lives.
