THE TEAM
The mission of the Distribution Department is to deliver Everyday Luxury experiences through a seamless and structured Distribution Network.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Distribution team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the seamless flow of product and supplies into within and out of a Distribution Centre. You will play a pivotal role in managing the operations that deliver on our worldclass Distribution Centre results. THE ROLE
As the Supervisor Distribution you will:
- Uphold excellence within the four walls of our Distribution Centre via strategic operations management and centralized communications between Aritzia and the 3PL
- Manage the inbound outbound and inventory operations of our 3PL ensuring effective and efficient
- Deliver 3PL expertise on Aritzia initiatives
- Manage quality of people process technology space reporting and product in the 3PL
- Enable new store openings with optimized 3PL preparation and
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Supervisor Distribution has:
- Proven skills education and/or applicable certifications in DC operations and automation retail operations WMS 3PLs critical analysis and verbal and written communication
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with crossfunctional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
