Luxury Automotive Sales Apprentice

The most desirable candidates will have some sales experience and/or a background in the hospitality or food/beverage industry and a love for teamwork. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Great attitude and work ethic.
- Staying abreast of all the most updated Lincoln Technology
- Building and maintaining excellent Client Relationships through superior communication and follow up
- Training on negotiations sales skills and team building
- Performing demos on site and remotely
- Challenging yourself daily to achieve individual and team goals
- Assisting clients to find the vehicle of their dreams and loving what you do!
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
- Excellent driving record required
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background
- Must be authorized to work in the US
