Job Description
HEREs WHAT YOU NEED:
Associates Degree in Applied Science required Or
Completion of accredited program in Cardiovascular Technology required Or
High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of work experience in invasive cardiology required.
1 year of vascular or cardiac angiography preferred.
ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire required And
GMRT General Medical Radiologic Technologist If ARRT Only Upon Hire preferred Or
RCIS Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist required upon hire (ability to obtain within 6 month of hire if graduate from a Cardiovascular Accredited Program)
LMRT Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist If RCIS Only Upon Hire preferred And
BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.
ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required
WHAT YOU WILL NEED DO:
Imaging Quality and Processing:
Explains procedures to patient or guardian / family member if applicable prior to exam.
Performs complex procedures including age related criteria and developmental considerations.
Assists cardiologists with complex and invasive procedures using aseptic technique.
Correctly sends and transfers images

LOCATION: The address is 6200 W Parker Rd Plano TX 75093
SCHEDULE: Fulltime; 40 Hours; 10 hour shifts 6:30am5:00pm Monday Friday with rotating days off; On call required (Must live within 30 minutes of Texas Health Plano)
