As a leader in the automotive industry we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales BDC Representative to join our team. If youre passionate about sales customer service and helping people find the right solutions we want to hear from you!This is the heartbeat of our dealership where all of the customers first contact occurs over the phone.
- Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries via phone email and text.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to schedule sales appointments.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and followup to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct followup calls and emails to ensure customers needs are met.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service telemarketing or sales is a plus.
- Positive attitude team player and a strong desire to succeed.
