Saint Ignatius College Riverview was established in 1880 as a Catholic boys school in the Jesuit tradition. Located in Lane Cove Sydney Cammeraygal Country this leading independent school delivers a holistic education to both day and boarding students from Years 5 to 12.
In addition to developing innate skills and talents Riverviews Cocurriculum Program helps young men to accept success and failure with grace and dignity to work cooperativelywith others and to use the qualities of each to contribute to the greater good of the community. Sport and other cocurricular activities are seen as key agents in the development of the whole person.
The College invites expressions of interest from motivated and engaged individuals who wish to be considered for opportunities that may arise throughout the year as coaches within the Cocurriculum Program.
The College educates over 1500 young men across two campuses and offers a broad Cocurriculum Program which includes but is not limited to Sport Music Drama Debating and Public Speaking.
In order to be considered for Cocurriculum positions you will:
- be a motivated and engaged coach or mentor within your given field;
- be flexible and able to work as part of a team;
- demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to the Mission and Values of the College;
- hold a current Working with Children Check and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety welfare and wellbeing of children and young people.
