Senior

We are looking for an Audit Senior to join our Audit Assurance and Accounting Department in our Philadelphia. As an Audit Senior you will be responsible for providing excellent client service. Responsibilities:

• Perform and assist with audits reviews and compilations for clients in various industries
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls
• Assist with the coordination of the daytoday duties of planning fieldwork and wrapup
• Deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards
• Develop reasonable time budgets and coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines
• Mentor train and supervise lighter level staff
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel
• Communicate with Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required
• CPA or in progress
• 35 years of experience within a public accounting firm required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including responsiveness to clients
• Strong organizational skills are required; multitasking abilities
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
• Ability to work well independently but also work well with others
• Approaches projects with a sense of urgency
• Outstanding analytical organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge of Caseware/Caseview is a plus
