Ecolab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate in Krakow Poland who play a critical role in the recruitment process by reviewing the initial candidate pool against job requirements to determine the first slate of candidates for the recruiter to review. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications and match them to the jobs needs.
What Will You Do:
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and job requirements.
- Provide TA Recruiter with a qualified panel of candidates to screen.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth transition of qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Provide feedback to recruiters about the candidate pool and any observed trends or insights.
- Use an objective mind and with clear understanding of role and duties to assess applicants.
- Retaining applicant resume or details that were omitted in application process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and screening decisions.

What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years experience in recruitment talent acquisition or a related field.
- Strong understanding of job requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple requisitions and postings efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders and gathering necessary information
