QC Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a QC Engineer with expertise in consumer goods production. This role involves ensuring that products meet the quality and regulatory standards for the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering and an eye for detailed quality analysis. You will work closely with the team leader in China reviewing and analyzing product reports conducting onsite testing and ensuring compliance with quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Quality Review: Review detailed product quality reports from factory production lines and ensure compliance with US market standards.
- Collaborate Internationally: Work directly with the team leader in China and other global stakeholders to resolve quality issues and optimize production standards.
- Testing and Analysis: Conduct inoffice testing of products providing feedback for the R&D department.
- Technical Documentation: Create and review technical documentation including reports on quality issues product testing and engineering solutions.
- DetailOriented: Manage detailed analysis of production quality focusing on product components and assembly.
- Factory Production Monitoring: Oversee factory production processes ensuring product quality is maintained throughout the lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Experience with quality control in a production environment with consumer good.
- Strong technical knowledge of components and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent detail orientation with the ability to manage complex technical reports.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on international time zones (US/China).
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical documentation.
- Chinese speaker a plus
