About the Role

Warehouse Manager NSW

We are looking for

Hopefully you! Were seeking an experienced handson Warehouse Manager to join our warehouse team in Alexandria. The Warehouse Managerss key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and Inspiring: Managing coaching and mentoring a team to achieve optimal performance fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Implementing and overseeing processes to maintain quality control and safe practices with a strong commitment to responsible warehouse management.
  • System Management: Utilising ERP and WMS systems effectively to ensure data accuracy and smooth flow of stock with a preference for experience in NetSuite ERP.
  • Driving Change: Enabling change with an open and proactive mindset challenging processes when necessary to drive continuous improvement
  • CustomerCentric Approach: Promoting outstanding customer service both internally and externally building strong relationships across the business.

We need you to bring

  • Experience: 35 years in a management role with at least 2 years in a warehouse environment.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative spirit who thrives in team environments
  • Attention to Detail: Detailoriented with strong communication skills capable of navigating challenging scenarios
  • Solution Focus: A proactive problemsolver with strong project management skills adept at meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities
  • Highly organised: A logical mindset with the ability to proactively prioritise your own and your teams workload.
