Vault Minerals is a dynamic and cohesive company born from the recent merger of Red 5 Limited and Silverlake Resources uniting our shared vision for the future. With our base in Australia Vault Minerals is now strategically positioned to unlock greater value expand our operations and execute our strategy of providing larger longerlife and lowercost gold production.
Vault Minerals will provide graduates with the opportunity to gain diverse experience in a supportive and flexible environment. Youll receive guidance to ensure all aspects of your development and learning are addressed. With handson practical work as well as exposure to technical projects you will complete the program as a wellrounded and confident professional.
Our Graduate Program will be offered to students or graduates across our Western Australian operations: Darlot King of the Hills Mount Monger Deflector and Rothsay.
Positions will commence between December 2025 and February 2026 offering the opportunity to be part of an exciting success story.
We are now accepting expressions of interest from students or graduates who will complete their studies in 2025 in the following areas:
- Mining Engineering
- Geology
- Metallurgy
- Surveying
- Geotechnical Engineering
What We Offer:
- Structure 2 year program depending on your chosen discipline.
- A variety of rosters are available depending on the operational site. Choosing from either an 8:6 2:1 or 15:13 roster.
- Support from a buddy or experienced leaders who provide mentorship and guidance.
- Training and assessment opportunities to gain a variety of operational tickets and certifications
- Experienced leadership offering mentorship and support
We seek motivated students eager to learn and apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
What You Need:
To be eligible for our Vacation Program you must meet the following requirements:
- Availability to commence work in December 2025 to February 2026.
- Full working rights within Australia or a relevant Visa
- Currently studying a discipline mentioned above.
- Hold a WA Drivers License (manual C Class)
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work effectively in a team.
Vault Minerals Recruitment process for the Graduate program will commence in September 2025.
