The Sales Position:
As a Floor Coverings International Design Associate you will meet with homeowners and assess their flooring needs and wants. Once the goals of the project are understood you will recommend and sell the flooring solution that best fits their needs and their budget.
- Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects.
- Sales System: Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet laptop and software.
- Relationship Building: Develop lasting customer and business relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth

Qualifications for Success:
- Sales Experience: 13 years of inhome/outside sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Flooring knowledge is a must.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
- TechSavvy: Be computer literate and selfmotivated.
- ProblemSolving: Demonstrate strong problemsolving and negotiation skills.
- DetailOriented: Pay attention to detail and possess strong organizational skills.
- Integrity: Uphold values of integrity and honesty.
- Ambition: Desire to become part of our family and make a sixfigure income.
- Urgency: Approach tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Availability: Be available for homeowner appointments in the evenings and on weekends.
- Drivers License: Hold a valid drivers license.
- Enjoy a strong base salary plus commissions. Pay is resultsbased so there is no upper limit to what can be earned. Bonus opportunities as well.
