OVERVIEW:
The Helpdesk Summer Intern will gain handson experience in IT support by assisting the helpdesk team with troubleshooting technical issues supporting endusers and maintaining IT systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a student pursuing a career in IT to develop problemsolving skills gain exposure to enterprise technology environments and contribute to a fastpaced support team.
