Qualifications:
Licensed LVN in the State of Texas required
- 1yearsexperience as anLVN preferred
- Must have at least one year experience in home health hospice or related field
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to travel must have reliable transportation
- Clean backgrounddrug screen and driving record
