About the Graduate Program
Our Graduate Program is designed for students graduating in 2025 who are eager to transition into the professional world. It offers handson experience mentorship and a structured career development path. As a participant you will be involved in realworld projects from the start working closely with experienced colleagues in an agile and innovative setting. This program provides exposure to different aspects of software development while offering longterm career growth opportunities within Verisure.
About the Role
The Installation & Maintenance area at Verisure is dedicated to supporting our business with reliable and userfriendly tools for installation services and planning. The team we are expanding is responsible for enabling the installation of new security devices in our installation tool.
We use an agile development process with strong test routines to ensure highquality solutions.
As a Graduate FullStack Developer you will:
Develop analyze and refine software including automated tests.
Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design.
Solve complex problems and bring fresh perspectives to existing solutions.
Work closely with team members including developers quality engineers product owners and scrum masters.
Collaborate with different parts of the organization in a diverse and inclusive team environment.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for graduates who are eager to learn take on complex tasks and grow their skills in a structured and collaborative environment. You should:
Have an academic degree in computer science (or a related field) graduating in 2025.
Be comfortable working with modern fullstack development tools and technologies.
Have good English skills both spoken and written.
Be a team player with strong problemsolving abilities and a structured approach to tasks.
