Compensation:
- $2500 Sign on Bonus if you have 35 years of experience working in Healthcare Industry with hands on experience in Software House C CURE 9000 panel installations and experience with Auto Door Operators.

Position Overview:
- Responsible for servicing and troubleshooting access control IPbased and analog video management systems autogate equipment.
- Scope of duties include but are not limited to troubleshooting and repair of electrified and nonelectrified locks card readers ancillary accesscontrolled door devices IP and analog cameras headend video recording devices wired and wireless networks and intercom systems.
- This person will need to be detail orientated and able to document and communicate all repairs as well as effectively communicate with customers.
Work Hours:
Must be willing to work days and nights. MF. There is no set schedule for field personnel as work schedules vary depending on client needs.
The following are tasks that the position is responsible for but not limited to:
- Install cabling mount equipment install card readers door contacts mag locks electrified strikes and integrated systems.
- Software House C CURE 9000 panel installations and experience with Auto Door Operators.
- Trouble shooting of cabling card readers door contacts mag locks electrified strikes cameras PLC intrusion and integrated systems.
- Functional understanding of low voltage systems relays principals of normally closed/normally open series and parallel wiring.
- General understanding of Network Topology.
- Use a multimeter to test for voltage continuity and resistance.
- Possess mechanical and computer skill and ability to effectively troubleshoot.
- Operate any hand tools and equipment necessary to perform all associated tasks.
- Document and update works orders and customers in a timely manner.
- Experience with any or all the following:
- Access Control
- Software House
- Genetec
- Honeywell
- HID
- Mercury
- CCTV
- Milestone
- American Dynamics
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 2 years of Access Control/CCTV installation service and configuration.
- 35 years of experience working in Healthcare Industry with hands on experience in Software House C CURE 9000 panel installations and experience with Auto Door Operators.
- At least 2 years installing cabling mounting equipment installing card readers door contacts mag locks electrified strikes and integrated systems.
- Experience with any or all the following:
- Access Control
- Software House
- Genetec
- Honeywell
- HID
- Mercury
- CCTV
- Milestone
- American Dynamics
- Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks like walking standing driving lifting up to 50lbs. unassisted and ascending / descending ladders and stairs of varying heights with little to no limitation.
- Currently licensed or must have the ability to obtain TXDPS Security License.
