As our SLPA youll be the trusty sidekick to our SpeechLanguage Pathologist embarking on a mission to help our elementary school students unleash their communication potential. Get ready for a job where every day is filled with laughter creativity and the joy of helping kids find their voices!

Your Superhero Duties:

  • Therapy Sessions: Conduct fun and engaging individual and group speech therapy sessions. Transform speech exercises into captivating adventures that kids will love.
  • Creative Activities: Design and implement interactive activities that make learning to talk a delightful experience. From imaginative games to puppet shows your sessions will be the highlight of the day!
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and document the progress of our young heroes celebrating their victories and finetuning strategies to help them soar.
  • Team Collaboration: Work handinhand with teachers parents and school staff to foster a supportive communicative environment. Your teamwork skills will be legendary!
  • Tech Integration: Utilize the latest apps and tools to enhance therapy sessions making speech practice both effective and fun. Technology is your secret weapon!

Your Super Sidekick Skills:

  • Educational Background: An associates degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology Assistance or a related field. Your knowledge is your superpower!
  • License to Thrill: A valid SLPA license (or the ability to obtain one). Credentials are your badge of honor.
  • KidWrangling Experience: Previous experience working with children is a huge plus. If you can captivate a room full of kids youre already a star!
  • Master Communicator: Exceptional verbal and nonverbal communication skills. Youll be the Yoda of speech therapy.
