Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: 26000

40 hours per week

Are you a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for an exciting opportunity We are looking for an individual with a strong commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children and a deep understanding of early childhood development.

To excel in this role youll need the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Level 3 in Early Years showcasing your expertise in early years education and development
  • Full and relevant childcare qualification demonstrating your dedication to providing the best care for children and meeting regulatory standards
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner in a similar setting showcasing your passion and commitment to early years education and the ability to effectively support childrens development
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development with a compassionate and patient approach
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children under your care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children parents and colleagues and facilitate a positive learning environment

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide highquality care and education to children aged 05 years old fostering their development and growth through tailored activities and experiences
  • Plan and implement creative and engaging activities that promote learning curiosity and exploration while adapting to individual needs and interests
  • Build strong positive relationships with children parents and staff members to create a supportive community and ensure a holistic approach to child development
  • Maintain a safe clean and stimulating environment where children can thrive and learn adhering to health safety and hygiene standards
  • Contribute to the overall ethos work and aims of the nursery collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that reflects best practices in early childhood education
