To excel in this role youll need the following qualifications and attributes:
- Level 3 in Early Years showcasing your expertise in early years education and development
- Full and relevant childcare qualification demonstrating your dedication to providing the best care for children and meeting regulatory standards
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner in a similar setting showcasing your passion and commitment to early years education and the ability to effectively support childrens development
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development with a compassionate and patient approach
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children under your care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children parents and colleagues and facilitate a positive learning environment

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner you will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide highquality care and education to children aged 05 years old fostering their development and growth through tailored activities and experiences
- Plan and implement creative and engaging activities that promote learning curiosity and exploration while adapting to individual needs and interests
- Build strong positive relationships with children parents and staff members to create a supportive community and ensure a holistic approach to child development
- Maintain a safe clean and stimulating environment where children can thrive and learn adhering to health safety and hygiene standards
- Contribute to the overall ethos work and aims of the nursery collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that reflects best practices in early childhood education
