DSP ll (Direct Support Professional)
Job Duties Summary:
Provide inhome care fellowship homemaker services and oneonone assistance and support to individuals living in the community who due to intellectual disABILITIES cannot care for his/her own personal needs or function independently in the community. Responsible for assisting individuals with activities of daily living accessing and participating in community activities ensuring health and safety of individual and encouraging maximum independence and selfdignity for the individual. Valid drivers license required. Smart device and data plan required.
