About the Role:
A leading law firm in Harrow is expanding its commercial property team and is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to handle a range of transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled solicitor to join a highprofile firm with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving excellent outcomes in complex property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee commercial property transactions including sales purchases and refinances
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the transaction process ensuring all aspects of the deal are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Draft review and negotiate commercial property contracts leases and other legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence property searches and assessments to facilitate smooth and successful transactions.
- Liaise with clients estate agents surveyors and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns and ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Keep abreast of current property laws and market trends to provide informed and uptodate advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales ideally with 57 Years PQE
- Proven track record of managing complex commercial property deals with attention to detail and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
