Job Description
Peters Nissan of Nashua is seeking motivated candidates to join our awardwinning Nissan Service Advisor team. Nissan and/or Infiniti service experience preferred. Working knowledge of CDK and XTime operating systems are also preferred. Applicant should possess strong organizational skills and be able to work independently in a fastpaced environment with emphasis on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Oversee flow of customers entering our service department. Ensure that our customers receive prompt courteous and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether phone or inperson to ensure the customer feels this will be their only service point!
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently sold to service customers.

Qualifications
- Organized and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced team environment
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
