Construction Project Manager
Apple Valley MN Direct Hire $100k$130k
Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is adding a Project Manager to their team to work on commercial projects. Our client is a wellestablished company in the market and offers a competitive bonus structure.
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned projects and establish relationships with key clients
- Ensure safety customer satisfaction and profitability of all assigned projects
- Prepare and monitor detailed schedules for preconstruction procurement construction and close out
- Develop new business and lead proposal process
Construction Project Manager Requirements:
- 3 years of previous commercial construction project management experience
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Architecture or Engineering preferred but not required
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to lead others
