The Companys Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 36.64 USD 54.96 USD. Job related skills experience education and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level eligibility and performance a total package may include profit sharing a shortterm incentive and/or longterm incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

  • This role will help us optimize the operation of existing equipment and processes throughout the building.
  • The ideal candidate will be focused organized and detailoriented with applicable experience at a fastpaced consumer packaged goods company.
  • Were looking for someone whos flexible nimble comfortable with getting down and dirty and takes ownership from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to create modify and troubleshoot complex PLC programs and HMI programs and read electrical schematics
  • Proven working knowledge of Rockwell Automation PLC and HMI programming software
  • Working knowledge of highspeed packaging equipment and have some experience with mechanical / pneumatical functions and operations
  • Demonstrated competence handling and troubleshooting basic mechanical related issues at times
  • Working knowledge of LEAN TPM and predictive maintenance processes are a plus but not required
  • Coordinate facility trade and OEMservice contractors.
  • Maintain all PLC/HMI programs for compounding packaging and building systems edit and write PLC programs create/modify HMI screens and perform basic electrical troubleshooting and functional modifications.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with automation and controls
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a consumerpackaged goods or related industry manufacturing production environment
  • Demonstrated independent of electrical or automation projects

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology

  • Work hours:
    • 3rd Shift: 9:45pm 6:15am Sunday Thursday
  • Occasional mandatory weekends expected
