• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to successfully pass a preemployment physical alcohol and drug test
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual labor and work long shifts (potentially 1214 hours)
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of hand tools
• Able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Steeltoed boots are required
• AWP Certification and Fall Protection is an asset.

MATERIAL HANDLING (Weighting 90

• Ensure proper handling movement and organization of materials on site.
• Assist Refrigeration Mechanics with the installation of refrigeration systems in a warehouse environment including tasks such as laying pipe securing components and providing general support during the installation process.

• Use hand tools to perform basic tasks as required to support the installation and site activities.
