At ChickfilA the Assistant Catering Supervisor role is more than just a job its an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator and Director of Cateringyou can gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. As an Assistant Catering Supervisor you will support the Catering Department with all needs. This includes and not limited to; Sales calls ADP events weekly (selling our amazing chicken sandwiches our in our local community) prepping the order in the kitchen (yes actually making the chicken for the orders) Delivering the orders following up to ensure we have complete customer satisfaction marketing the catering on various platforms. You will support the kitchen team assemble food & drink orders quickly and accurately and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. This job will be 50 catering needs and 50 restaurant operations in the kitchen. We are looking for friendly enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know!

Closed Sundays All ChickfilA restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Creating positive and safe environment using direct communication with team and guests
- Completing Catering check lists daily
- Be responsible for our Winning Hearts Everyday strategys
- Controlling food safety food costs throughput and quality.
- Ensuring Catering equipment is clean and ready for use at the start of every shift.
- Maintain a culture of Food Safety at all times.
Your first 30 days will look like this:
- Week 1: Bread chicken (its kinda important to know around here) and learn other kitchen operations for the week
- Week 2: Deliver fast & accurate and spending time with your Directors showing you how we can accomplish this
- Week 3: Spend the week with Catering Director on ADPs Events Marketing and Sales Calls
- Week 4: Create timelines related to goals and responsibilities with the Directors
Compensation & Benefits:
- $15.5016/hr for 40 hours of work any work over 40 hours is time and half
- 401K contributions match up to 4 salary after 1 year
- Free food one meal available per day of work
- 20 off personal catering orders
- Start immediately accruing 1 weeks paid time off
- Health dental and vision plans with an additional $100 monthly contribution towards the health plan of your choice after a 60 day wait period.
- Sundays off.
