Senior Nurse (RGN)
Hourly Rate: 24 per hour
37.5 hours per week alternate weekends
Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Nurse to join our clients nursing home team. As a Senior Nurse you will be responsible for providing highquality care to our elderly residents and leading a team of dedicated nursing staff.

- Valid RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification
- Proven experience in elderly care and management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and highstress environment

Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor the care of elderly residents ensuring their physical emotional and social needs are met
- Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver outstanding resident care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for residents
- Manage and maintain accurate resident records and documentation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
- Act as a liaison between residents families and healthcare providers
