Premier Nissan of Fremont is currently seeking anAutomotive Quick Lube Technician!

RESPONSIBILITIES for Automotive Quick LubeTechnician
- Performs Quick Service LOF Tire rotations Tire replacement and routine inspections/maintenance.
- Perform Multi Point Vehicle inspections.
- Works as a team along with the Service Advisors communicating clients vehicle needs.
- Attends manufacturer specific training classes online and webbased learning.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- QUALIFICATIONS for Automotive Quick Lube Technician
- High school and/or trade school education required.
- At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
- Nissan certifications preferred but not necessary.
- Must have basic computer skills necessary to use factory software.
- Must be able to pass preemploymentscreens (Background DMV and Drug)
- Must have a valid drivers license.

Automotive Quick LubeTechnician Requirements...
- Minimum 1 year of shop experience preferred.
- Nissan experience a plus
- Proficient time management and organizational skills
- Exemplary communication and customer service skills
- Motivated selfstarter with a superior work ethic
- Pass background screening preplacement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR.
Pay Incentives
- The Service Porter has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $19.00 to $21.00. The position may also pay a bonus compensation which is based on the value or number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 to $ (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 to $(if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
