  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D. or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O. from an accredited medical school
  • Current state medical license and in good standing with medical board
  • American Heart Association BLS maintain active and in good standing throughout employment

This role has dynamic hours and will provide comprehensive outpatient consultations with procedure time and inpatient consultative services at the hospitals main campus in Miami. The Section of Otolaryngology offers comprehensive care for children with a full range of ear nose and throat (ENT) conditions. Whether for management ofroutineENT problems that can be treated in the officeor more complex diseases of the head and neck requiring surgical intervention in the operating room the teamoffers consultation and treatment services to address eachchilds individualcareneeds.The otolaryngology team is proud to be part of the Nicklaus Childrens Craniofacial Center care team participating in multidisciplinary care clinics to maximize convenience for families of children with facial differences.

Job Summary

The position is primarily a clinical position related to the diagnosis treatment and clinical management of pediatric patients in a multidisciplinary environment that includes physicians nurses advanced practice providers clinical scientists and social workers. The position offers exposure to a mix of general and high acuity pediatric patients. The position also includes teaching and supervision of medical residents and provides opportunities to participate in research and publishing.
