Social Worker LCSW/LMSW/LPC/LPCA
Nuvance Health is recruiting parttime 24 hours) a LMSW LCSW LPC and/or LPCA at our Behavioral Health department at Danbury Hospital location in Fairfield County Connecticut. We are conveniently located about 60 miles outside of New York City and nearby to Westchester County.
Summary: Provides clinical assessment and evaluation ill individuals collaborating with psychiatric and other health professionals for the purposes of quality diagnostic and treatment services.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in social work from an accredited school
- Minimum of 35 years experience
- Current CT Licensed LMSW LCSW LPC and/or LPCA
For more info about our opportunities contact Stephanie Ramirez at emailprotected The candidate must have: Excellent working knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidencebased treatments for medical and mental health conditions; Ability to work through brief patient contacts as well as to make quick and accurate clinical assessments of mental and behavioral conditions; Comfort with the pace of primary care and working with an interdisciplinary team; Excellent communication skills; Knowledge of psychopharmacology; Ability to design and implement clinical pathways and protocols for treatment of selected chronic conditions.
Broad based clinical background and hospital casemanagement or Crisis Intervention experience behavioral health community experience medical social work experience billable outpatient treatment SUD experience overall experience across the continuum of behavioral health care settings. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills. Prioritize the daily workload and utilize tools dedicated to the position/function. Deal with a high degree of public and patient contact and interaction and make independent decisions perform concurrent tasks manage stressful situations and balance multiple priorities.
Salary Range: $33/hr.$67./hr. (Commensurate w/ experience)
