As we continue to grow we are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Sales Administrator to help streamline sales operations and provide critical data insights to support our sales team.

Position Overview

The Sales Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the sales team operates efficiently by maintaining accurate data tracking lead performance and executing current and development of reporting needs. This role is responsible for creating and with key sales metrics analyzing trends and ensuring data integrity through Excel or other reporting software like PowerBi & Tableau. The Sales Administrator will work closely with the sales team and leadership to improve processes and support daytoday sales operations.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Create update and maintain reports to track lead performance conversion rates and other key sales metrics.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports for sales managers to identify trends strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all sales data is accurate consistent and up to date.
  • Work with CRM tools to pull reports and validate data accuracy.

Sales Team Support

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide datadriven insights to help optimize sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure lead data is properly tracked and utilized.

Process Improvement & Coordination

  • Identify inefficiencies in current sales tracking and reporting methods and recommend improvements.
  • Help develop standardized reporting templates for easy data visualization.
  • Support the onboarding of new sales reps by ensuring they have access to the necessary data and tools.


  • 2 years of experience in a sales support sales admin or datafocused role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Excel formulas data visualization & meaning).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Keap Cheetah or similar) is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
