Customer Account Manager PW1100 Focus Invoicing (all genders)

YOUR TASKS
- Play a key role in managing optimizing and driving the success of MTUs worldwide GTF network to achieve MTUs strategic goals
- Issue engine invoices accurately and on time towards our customer
- Understand and be able to interpret our contracts correctly to ensure all invoices to be compliant with our contractual obligations
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and clarify them in collaboration with other departments at the respective location
- Generate regular reports on invoicing activities and analyze trends and recommend process improvements drive standardization and efficiencies
- Work closely with the other customer account and engineering teams to manage shop visits in the sense of customer and company
- Drive andsupport best practice exchange across MTUs aftermarket GTF network especially during the rampup of new facilities
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor/Master in aerospace engineering mechanical engineering industrial engineering and management or similar study on a technical college as a certified technician
- Profound experience in the engine MRO Business OEM Business and / or customer account business beneficial
- English business fluent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- MSOffice and SAP knowledge required
- Strong analytical problemsolving abilities
- Communication and collaboration skills in a multinational environment
