Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative at our Urbana Ohio location. Our Sales & Marketing teams exceed customer expectations by developing close partnerships and leveraging deep industry expertise to position AgRevolution and AGCO and its core product brands as the brand of choice in each of our regional markets.

Your Impact

  • Cover assigned territory by traveling to existing and potential customer locations to conduct sales calls meetings surveys equipment inspections and demonstrations problemsolving while achieving sales volume profit and market share objectives.
  • Assist customers with equipment recommendations financial analysis and problemsolving by furnishing technical and production analysis assistance utilizing performance specifications technical literature computer programs and industry experience etc.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on products applications industry selling skills and product support to enhance and achieve required sales performance.
  • Participate in sales meetings and attend companyrepresented product and market training as scheduled.
  • Participate in trade and industry association functions.
  • Accurately maintain and submit all required sales and other documentation.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Sales Marketing Business or other related fields.
  • 3 Years experience in Sales preferably in large equipment or AG equipment sales
  • Experience using computers spreadsheets word processing programs
  • Demonstrated experience growing and developing sales and market share within a broad territory or within a broad product line.
