Holman is currently looking for a Senior Auditor to join their team!
What will you do
- Lead a team of staff auditors to perform and document tests of the company financial records
- Assist in the audit risk assessment for audits of all operations of the company
- Train entrylevel auditors in proper documentation of substantive audit procedures and documentation of process controls
- Provide direction and on hand instruction on how to conduct tests to determine compliance with accounting standards laws regulations and company policies
- Review the work of others and provide coaching
- Present and discuss audit findings with management
- Perform root cause analyses and write recommendations to improve processes
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
What are we looking for
- Four year college degree in Accounting Finance or related field is required
- CPA or CIA is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the field of accounting or auditing
- Ability to multitask and organize and /or prioritize tasks for others
- Ability to grasp and communicate concepts and respond to coaching
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide coaching to those with less experience
- Ability to interact and work with employees at all levels in the organization including business units and executive management
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to lead in a team setting
- Analytical skills
- Target salary starting at $76000

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with jobrelated skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $49040.00 $71105.00 USD annually for full time employees.
